The Dirt Separator Model 2525 is an indispensable tool to be used in combination with pneumatic Deadweight Testers and pneumatic pressure control units. For the smooth operation of these devices, dry and clean air is a must. This separator catches moist and/or solid particles, which often contain chemical elements. Thus the piston/cylinder assemblies of Deadweight Testers and the moving parts in pneumatic pressure controllers are safeguarded against corrosion and scratches. The Model 2525 is suitable for pressure up to 400 bar.

Operation:

The Dirt Separator Model 2525 is fitted onto the test connection of a Deadweight Tester or a Model 8185/9195 High Pressure Calibrator. The instrument to be tested is fitted on top of the Dirt Separator. When the Dirt Separator is used in combination with a pneumatic pressure controller the separator can be put on top of a Tradinco Gauge Test Station, Model 8284. The Model 2525 Dirt Separator is supplied complete with a needle valve for draining and is to be used in a vertical position
